Soltbaji Terms & Conditions — Know before you play

1 Introduction & Consent

Soltbaji (soltbaji.onl) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Soltbaji and all its members.

• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Soltbaji Support immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register on Soltbaji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have a valid mobile number or email address registered in your name
• Use of Soltbaji's services must be legally permitted in your country or region
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from Soltbaji for any reason
• New accounts cannot be opened while self-exclusion is active

Soltbaji may request a copy of your NID, passport, or driving licence at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposit Methods

Soltbaji supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are usually instant or credited to your account within 15 minutes.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on Soltbaji are simple and fast. However, the following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Most withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit may apply

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Soltbaji may reject a withdrawal request for any of the following reasons:

• If KYC Verification Is Incomplete
• If the bonus wagering requirement is not met
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account
• If the documents submitted do not match the information on file

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Soltbaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• A bonus applies to the first deposit made by new members
• A specific wagering (rollover) requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• A wagering requirement of 20x–30x the bonus amount typically applies

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses
• Soltbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Claiming bonuses through a VPN or proxy will be considered fraudulent

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Soltbaji are powered by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and no party can artificially influence results.

• Game rules and payout rates are listed in each game's description
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, Soltbaji's records will be considered final

Sports Betting

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on Soltbaji:

• Bets placed before an event begins are generally valid

• Bets may be reviewed if suspicious betting patterns are detected

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Soltbaji. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other members
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Soltbaji's systems
• Betting on match-fixing or manipulated outcomes
• Arbitrage betting or use of prohibited betting strategies

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Member

Any member may request to close their Soltbaji account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Make sure to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

Closed by Soltbaji

Soltbaji may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If registration is found to have been completed using false information
• If KYC Verification Fails or Documents Are Not Submitted
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• When required for legal or regulatory purposes

10 Limitation of Liability

Soltbaji will not be held liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue
• In the event of delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Any loss resulting from your login credentials being exposed to others
• If using Soltbaji's services is prohibited by law in your country
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

12 Terms Update Policy
